Reinstalling Solidworks 2015 SP5

Hello

I'm currently trying to reinstall solidworks 2015 sp5 on a pc, the installation is going well, serial number and license checks -> ok

At the end of the installation, I launch the program, it asks me to activate the license, I fill in the necessary information and after the app closes by itself, when I restart it, the license activation window no longer appears, but the software remains stuck on "license activation" and then it closes. I specify that the license is valid even if its maintenance has stopped.

Do you have any solutions to this problem

Thank you in advance for your help!

You talk about resettlement:
- Is it on the same machine?
- Had you deactivated the license before formatting/changing machines?

Hello

Yes it's on the same machine, there is no problem with the license, I explain myself at the time of uninstallation I remove the license. Then I reinstall solidworks 2015 sp5 and reactivate the license, the license is activated following the activation, the installation is then done and completes without error. Then I launch my Solidworks 2015 (windows 10), it launches, passes the stage of loading the registry and then it freezes on license verification and closes.

When I launch "swactwiz.exe" to check the status of the license, I see that my license is active and that its support has ended but it is activated on the computer in question and on no other since I didn't have any problem doing the activation.

Do you have an idea or need me to check something?

Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Unfortunately I don't have any more idea for your case

Seen with the support a GPU problem thank you all

Hello

Can you detail the cause and the remedy?

The pc in question has 2GPUs, one integrated into the motherboard and another Nvidia, by disabling the nvidia card the software launches, if the 2 cards are activated the software does not launch.

So I have disabled the nvidia card for the moment and my program works.

That's :)

If the NVidia card is a quadra or equivalent, it's a shame to do without it.

Usually, with NVidia drivers, the NVidia control panel is installed and appears in the taskbar icons. From this panel, you can choose which card to use with software.
