Yes, it is possible, you must log in to your SolidWorks account here:
http://customerportal.solidworks.com
And then click "My ER's" for Enhancement Requests = Enhancement Request (it's better to check beforehand if there has been anything about it in "Enhancement Requests" or "Knowledge Base"), then click on "New" and write your request in English.

This is the way to go. I did it 3 weeks ago to propose the implentation of the function to unfold a tube or a round iron like in my tutorials.
