Is it possible to have the letters of the alphabet in the N° column of a nomenclature instead of the numbers, without manual editing and for these letters to be found in the bubble?

I don't know of an automatic solution to have letters instead of numbers.
But it is possible to create a custom property of the part that is a letter. Then replace the item number in the BOM with the custom property. Once the bubble is created, choose to display the custom property of the parts.
If you find this solution useful and my "tutorial" is not clear enough, I can send you an example. It requires manual manipulations anyway.
