Make changes to the Document Properties permanent. [SW 2014]

Hello

So here is my question is simple, how to make permanent the changes made in the "Document Properties" (Tools Menu/Options .../)

I made changes but when I closed my document and opened a new one, the changes were no longer active.

Hello

You have to save as a document template in the location where they are located, the extension to choose from the list is DRWDOT for PRTDOT drawings for parts and ASMDOT for assemblies.
