I would like to create a halo like the photo (as the decrees) attached but on SW, but with a white background, blue color why not.
It should be like a very bright light.
I've already searched on MODO but no appearance that does what I want.

Yes exact but it doesn't have the desired effect, there is no halo around unless you put a plate.

No, I don't have this type of software available. And even gimp I don't know how to use it.
