Hi all
I'm looking to make a realistic rendering of my product with SolidWorks, PhotoView360 module.
The image is generated without error, but it is incomplete: the rendering stops at three-quarters of the height of the product, as if a cutaway prevented it from going further. (See PC) The image is unusable.
Do you know what this is due to and what needs to be fixed to solve this problem?

This should come from the setting that defines the size of the view in photoview360.
Could you make a copy of the screen with the background size settings, etc...

Did you check the properties of a scene in the Display Manager? And in particular the offset of the ground?

The PhotoView 360 Options PropertyManager controls PhotoView 360 settings, including the size of the output image and the quality of the render.
To open this PropertyManager :
With PhotoView 360 enabled, in the DisplayManager, click PhotoView Options.
