When I rename an SLDPRT file with solidworks explorer
Then I open the assembly in the feature manager creation tree the name of the
Piece has not changed
If I open the part from the assembly, the file is renamed.
What is the handling to make it work

Hello!
You just have to save your part as a copy with the new name and then you replace your part with the new one in the assembly (right click on the part in the tree then the 3 small arrows at the bottom of the drop-down menu, replace the component...). Here is a try;)
Hello
Since the 2015 version you can also right-click on the part and then make independent, it's like saving a copy + replace at the same time.
See page 69

Hello
First go to Tools/Options/External References and make sure that the option "update component names when documents are replaced" is checked. Then restart SolidWorks and test.
I had this kind of problems some time ago. See here: http://www.lynkoa.com/forum/3d/noms-des-composants-pas-jour-dans-feature-manager-d-un-assemblage
One wonders why SolidWorks leaves this option available! I don't see any point in leaving it unleashed!
