Hello
I was using solidworks last year as a student with a code provided by the high school.
The license expired as scheduled during the summer school holidays. We now have new codes, unfortunately, when trying to reinstall, I have the error message attached.
I may have made a mistake by uninstalling during the holidays, because I chose the option "do not transfer the license to another PC" or something like that, a friend told me that it might create a conflict because solidworks would still see the old license that expired.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?
Thank you in advance and have a good day

Hello
Try to see if it works...
Unfortunately, when entering the code proposed by the author, the site immediately displays "Invalid ID"
Have you done a total uninstall to reinstall the new version with the new numbers???
Yes, I uninstalled with the manual selection, really removing everything.
Then I deleted the Solidworks files that I could find in my storage because there were definitely some stubborn ones.
So normally I can hardly uninstall more totally than that..
Have you had a CCleaner and system cleanup?
that on the other hand no..
Back after a big cleaning, still the same error message
A silly suquesti, have you applied for a new license or are you trying to reuse the old one???
No, we had new codes this year with the high school, so it's a priori news
