Today we would like to put them in a certain order, can we do it?

The best solution is to go through a .catalog file, there you do what you want, you add thumbnails, links to help etc.
In the CATIA part, optimized copies cannot be reordered.
you have to redo each corresponding selection by optimized copy in the order you want to see them and then destroy the old ones
