In getcoordinates, there's the possibility to put an extraction coordinate system which I do, but it keeps the x y z direction of the absolute coordinate system when I export the coordinates. Can change this mode or I put the wrong marker.

Indeed you can move the coordinate system, put annotations but you can't orient the axes.
Have you tried "reference geometry" ---> "coordinate system"?
Because with this one you can orient the axes by following a sketch or a plan.

There is probably a function to define the current coordinate system (a bit like in the measure function) like setactivecoordsys
