3Dimensional linear pattern

Hello
For a project (support for tensile specimens), I need to place my 100 specimens on my base. Except that it is a stepped structure with 10 rows of 10 specimens, the rows are on the same axis according to X but not according to Y and Z.
I have no problem constraining my first test tube and then doing a linear repetition on the first row.
The problem comes when I try to place the specimens on the 9 rows after (which are 40 mm according to Y and 40 mm according to Z.

Is it possible to place them using a simple function that would take a shift according to Y and Z at each repetition occurrence?
Otherwise I would do it by hand for each row of test tubes

Hello

Pilot axis that corresponds to your slope and trigo formula to get the spacing. And with your X/Y repetition it works (the Y with your axis at an angle)

Thank you very much, I hadn't thought of it but when you want to combine 2 axes, you might as well create a 3rd one. It works perfectly
