Curve-driven repetition

Hi all

I want to make a repetition of a function on a cylinder and this repetition must be helical. So I'm using the curve-driven repetition function and that curve is a helical curve.

However, I can't get what I want. Let me explain.

I remove 10 mm of material from my cylinder. And I would like this removal to be repeated every 10 mm in the shape of a spiral. So theoretically I shouldn't have any material between my rehearsals. And when I make it on solidworks, I have a little bit of material left. Do you have a solution?

I am attaching my CAD file to make it more understandable.

Thank you in advance,

Gautier.

Hello

in fact the 10mm are X and you do a repetition following a curve of 390mm also in X so that's why you have material between because if you measure you have 10.26 instead of the 10.. You have to remove 10.14 from the 390 to have no more material.
