Thread performance

Hello

A question about the drawing of an assembly...

Thread representations don't appear in my assembly drawings, but I know that they can be shown, but I don't remember how at all.

How do I do it?

Thank you

Hi tif, To retrieve your thread representations in an assembly drawing you must go through: Insert, model objects, check Thread representation and validate. I hope this can help you. Have a nice day

Hello Tof,

Concerning the holes made with the wizard, and the threads, there are two possible indications:

- If you want to make the annotation appear, you must use the " Symbol for Drilling " tool on the Annotation toolbar in the drawing.

- If you want the shaded thread representation to appear, make sure you have enabled this option in each of the relevant parts and assemblies files.

To do this, you have to right-click on the "Annotations" folder, then go to "Details" and check "Shaded thread representations".

Finally, you should of course use a "Shaded Image" style for your drawing views.

Good luck.

Emeric.

If they don't appear in the assembly, the problem doesn't come from the drawing but from the assembly...
