Representation of threads/threads on the left?

  How do you indicate a left step on the 3D and on the 2D.

For the threads there is the annotation which seems to be the only way, and for the tapping, you need the English toolbox in inch where there are inverted pitches, so on mm parts it becomes complicated. 

The change of annotation of the 2d remains the simple solution that goes everywhere

To complete what my acolytes say, you have to add the annotation "LH" for your step to the left like M6x1 LH

 

For 3D, it doesn't seem to me that it's possible either
