Representation of the shielding of a cable on Electrical

Hello

I make an electrical harness on Solidworks Electrical, I would like to show the shielding (braids) of the cables. I have no idea how to make it appear. In addition, I have to make a splice to connect all the shields together. Can you tell me how to do that?

The shield must be created in the cable reference first and then you will need to add a shield symbol (in Miscellaneous) and connect it like a regular wire.

For splicing, you can use the pipe symbols.
