I want to crop a section view that contains a detail, but SW doesn't allow me to.
But I can trim a cut and do the same detail afterwards.
My question is, is there an option or a subtlety to succeed in doing this cropping on a cut without removing the detail.
I am in the case of an existing drawing and I do not wish to redo this detail.

The problem is not an isolated case, and it is not a bugger. The request is for an option that I may not be aware of.
I don't see how a file containing a part, an MEP, will make the difference.

What happens if we move the circle from the origin of the detail view, then we crop on the component at the sheet scale and finally we realign the circle of the detail view to its original location with the cropping?

Hi, you can cheat with a local cut that takes up the entire depth of the room but the rectangle of the view is not adjusted
