Solidworks Visualize Backup

Hello
I have a small problem with Visualize, I have a desktop PC in the office and a laptop for telecommuting. The problem is when I launch visualize in the office no problem, the program launches directly. But when I launch Visualize while telecommuting on my laptop solidworks throws me a record of all the parts one by one, (already when telecommuting is slow!!) while the parts are archived there must be an option to check?

Hello;

it's probably a problem with the location of your "Temp" files, probably different between your telecommuting PC and your office PC...
Unfortunately, Visualize does not shine with its multitude of available settings... and I don't have a solution to offer you... except maybe to get closer to the Hot-line of your Solidworks supplier.
