Selecting a Face in an Assembly

Hello

Yes, but more! Can you elaborate?

Hello
I can't select some surfaces in an assembly, the hidden edges appear but the surfaces don't
I can't find the option to edit.

Hello, a priori I would say that it's the display style (display >> display), but no, the wireframe styles don't show the faces but you can select them in all the styles, you still have to see the filters, (right click on the menu bar >> selection filter),

Hello

Randomly ;-)  :-)      some parts are in "Transparency" mode if that's it, do Shift =>> select a face  ( shift = shift) or remove transparency.

Kind regards

Hello

A screen image would make things clearer...

Hello

You can right-click on a face and then click on the "Select Other" icon.

You will have a window showing you all the faces that will be touched by your right click.

Simply swipe through this list and stop on the face you want to select (they will be highlighted).

Kind regards

You must designate the answer that solved your question in order to close the question and it no longer appears in the list of open-ended questions. Thank you.

Have a good end of the day

THANK YOU @jmsavoyat

I didn't know about this function because I don't use this menu. Very interesting to select from a pre-defined list!

Kind regards
