Selecting a Line Medium and Changing a Dimension Value

Hello.

I have two  small problems.

These are two new features that I discovered when I installed SolidWorks 2016. 

I was able to directly change the value of a dimension by simply clicking on the value in the sketch rather than having to double-click.

Then, to put relationships in the sketches, I was able to select the middle of a line to put it in relation.

So I speak in the past tense because it is no longer possible for me. What for?

First of all, is it the SP3 version?

Edit: for the first problem, you have to disable instant 2D:

You absolutely have to switch to SP3!
