Directly, to my knowledge, no.
You have to make a macro which, from the selected object, will determine the layer and then launch the appropriate command. Then I think you can associate this macro with a keyboard shortcut.

Thank you for your answers, I found the SELECTSIMILAR command which is pretty much what I wanted.
I didn't manage to install the expresstool, so no GETSEL command, but assigning a shortcut to a command is interesting.
