It's not a question but a revelation on my part! I often draw silver pieces. If the coin is made of copper, I must select all the faces to modify the appearance in order to have the right visual in section (Copper inside and silver outside). Before, I selected each side but I realized that I just had to activate the face filter and press ctrl+A... If it can help someone
