You can find a download link by clicking on the question point (?) in the solidworks menu. then you will find a tab "Check for updates..." ".

If you are under maintenance, do as I do, I contact the support so that they give me a direct link. For me the interogation point doesn't work (fire problem).

No need to bother the stand for this. All you need to do is create an account on the SolidWorks Customer Portal. And then go to the Downloads and Updates section.
