CATIA V5R21 Bending Simulation

Hello

I created an assembly in CATIA V5R21. This consists of two plates separated by a few millimeters with studs connecting them. When I want to do a bending simulation (the mesh is good, the edges are fixed and a surface load is in place), I run the calculation and I get the following message: "split calculation matrix. There is a singularity etc... ".

I don't understand since just before the constraint and link checker tells me that everything is ok.

Could someone please enlighten me?

Hello

In an assembly, it is necessary to describe the behavior of the different meshes at their interface.

This is done with analytics connections (Analysis-General Connection support bar) and then by applying a property to each of these connections.

Have you made these connections?
