There is OpenFOAM to solve problems such as fluid, chemical reaction, heat transfer, electromagnetic, mechanical...
Its use is not easy for a beginner: command-line software, all in English, you have to go through an external postprocessor (Paraview).
On the other hand, it remains a very powerful tool (multiphysics, no size limit, distributed computing, possibility to create your own solver...).
There is also code Aster that I just know by name.
