If you are on SolidWorks (you didn't specify it) since the 2014 version you have access to the MatRéality database in the materials table in which materials with their curve are recoverable.
Otherwise, you can make bilinear approximations if you don't have the exact curve of your material.
To do this, the inflection point of the curve is given by the elastic limit with a deformation of 0.2%. The end point is the breaking limit for the corresponding elongation of the material.
At least for metal materials, it gives good results.
