Hook-held rudder pedal simulation

I have a handling spreader (HEB330 beam hung on 2 hoist hooks)

above at the ends at a distance of 5m from the forks with axes  held by 2 hooks of the hoist

below the copes symmetrically distant 3m with 2 crohets to hold a large clamp

The beam is suspended  by 4 cables.

How to fix the part, I put the efforts on the top copes.

I am blocking a lower screed but I don't know how to treat the other screed?

A good drawing is better than a long speech, do you have a view of your system (I admit I'm not sure I understood correctly).

On the other hand, what information are you looking for (constraint, arrow, ...)?
