Solidworks Simulation - Point-Frequency Displacement Study

Hello

I want to study the displacements at particular points that I will choose on a box according to the natural frequencies. How can I do this and is it possible on Solidworks?

Good evening

Yes, it is possible, but the different possibilities depend on the SW Professional or Premium version.

The advantage with the premium version is that you can apply excitation to the model in different modes, (displacement, velocity, acceleration)

Already this takes you out of the graphs with the curve of the model with a certain number of points (less limited in the premium version)

Normally, you can put probes at the nodes you want. On the other hand, I can't remember how many you can put in  at most, but it's more than eight probes. It's exactly like for probes on static simulation.

What's also interesting is that you can have the curve as a function of frequency and time for each node, for example on the displacements or on the Von Mises.

Kind regards

Is the probe function present in a non-premium version? We can't find it.

If so, is there another solution to solve our problem?

Thank you for the answer anyway!

Kind regards

I don't have a solution in mind, especially since I went from the pro version to the Premium version because of the insufficient use I made of it compared to the price.
(Note that the price differences are huge between the premium and PRO premium version)

The names of the different products is complicated at Solidworks.

What I understood (the Visiativ salesmen will confirm it)

One last question, how do you get the curves as a function of frequency and time at a point for its displacement precisely? I found the probe function but I can't use it in this situation.
