I need to do a simulation to size a part, but when I go to the simulation icon, I can't click on it and when I go to look for it in the add-ins, it doesn't appear.

to start with which version of SW do you have and which type Normal, premium.... It is not said that you simply have the license for it.
If you have it, it does not say that the add-in has been installed.

I have the 2022 version and indeed I hadn't checked but the simulation complement is with the premium version I have the professional so it's normal. Is it possible to take this supplement without the premium version?

You should contact your dealer because normally the PRO version is above the Premium version (which includes simulation).
Simulation is a separate software and is subject to a specific license.
So you need to acquire the simulation license (be careful their premium classification, Pro, etc... is a real souk in addition to simulation itself there are several categories such as static study only or dynamic study, etc....)
Look carefully if your need is occasional or recurring!
