I can't check a body under pressure with 'simulationxpress'.
SLW communicates to me 'Failed mesh - aborted analysis'.
Can anyone explain to me or am I wrong?
Thank you in advance.

Hello
Try. modify the density of the mesh (go to coarse).
Right-click on Mesh in the tree structure, then Create Mesh and you're going to get to the density of the mesh.
Kind regards.
Fred.
Hello
This type of calculation can only be done in shell mode (the thickness being so thin compared to the other dimensions that the mesh cannot be done), the shell mode does not exist in Simulation Xpress which is for me only an appetizer for the real Cosmos simulation tool from SolidWorks.
For me it is impossible to calculate this in xpress simulation!

The CETIM offers a solution dedicated to pressurized devices. CASTOR ESP.
See http://www.cetim.fr/fr/Boutique/Logiciels/CASTOR-ESP
If it is a standard device, there are tools such as SicapNet
