I come to ask for your help because I would like to make a sketch appear in the foreground in front of one or more plain fill areas.
On the attached Capture 1, you can see the solid fill areas in green, gray and purple as well as a piece of my " fence " sketch in red in the background of my fill areas. On Capture 2, you can see the total " Close" sketch because I selected it in my Layout View Tree1.
Do you have a solution? Perhaps there is a way to make the plain filling transparent. Can't handle this with layers, or at least I didn't succeed. a story of configuration or a little magic tool hidden somewhere...
Then you select the face or surface you want to change its color, by right-clicking, and select from the context menu, then select " appearance " and make your choice to change your favorite color to your desire, either the face, the room, etc... To change on a drawing either you go through the layers with the desired color; Either you simply print in color after modifying your model. That's it. Good luck. @+. AR.
Hello @Nicko and best wishes, Attached is a sreenshot to go to the configuration of your drawing to modify the appearance of the lines of your part (edge, dimension lines, etc.). I think that by playing with these parameters you will be able to bring out your " fence " if that's the goal!
