Surprising considering the SPs are a development of Visiativ.
On the other hand, for a number of versions, there has been an equivalent with the "property form" which is integrated into SW (to be found in the Solidworks Tools menu of the Windows start menu).

Indeed a new SmartProperties is being developed, SmartProperties was developed about fifteen years ago and it contained a much smaller set of features than today.
We decided to completely rewrite it to go further in the functions (including the task component), we are 80% intoxicated with its rewriting, after that there is still a whole set of tests to be completed.

A new 2023 version has just been released (yesterday), have you tried to see if it has changed?
In view of the new features announced, I can't find anything corresponding:
