the SP3.0 of SW2017 is available, so I plan to switch the Be to SW2017.
I can't find on SolidWorks Customer Portal the download for:
SolidNetWork License Manager_SW2017.
Who knows where I can find it?

You just have to use the SW setup you downloaded for SP3. So it's the same as for doing the SW update. In the selection of products only the SolidNetWork License Manager_SW2017 will be available.
