I downloaded solidnetworks 2017 SP3 that I was provided. But after unzipping, the installation is stuck with the message of the type application not compatible Win32.
What is the reason for this?

Can you tell me more about your computer's operating system? Win32 stands for the 32-bit Windows platform (Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP...) And "xxx is not a valid WIn32 application" is most often the hallmark of a corrupted executable file.
In this case, it must be re-downloaded from a reliable source (the site of the author of the software, preferably).

You're probably trying to install a 64-bit version of exe on a 32-bit windows... You have to get the exe for Windows 32 bits.

Your PC is in windows 32bits and the application you are trying to install is 64bits. So impossible...
I think SNL is no longer compatible with 32bits
