And yes card not certified by sw

Is it a laptop?

in case it's a laptop see if your processor doesn't have a built-in card

Yes, but it's a laptop. But why was I able to use SW for 3 months correctly without any problem and only this week I was given this error message.

Yes I have an intel card but by running with it the ram software a lot, it is not usable.

Thank you for your quick answer

It's not your graphics card that makes the pc lag

See on the website mycaday.fr

or on the SW 2016 recommendation

we go if I'm not mistaken, to 16 giga to work normally

How much ram do you have on your PC

Apparently the drivers are up to date.

I run with this http://www.lesnumeriques.com/computer-portable/acer-aspire-v-nitro-15-p21357/test.html

I'll try to update everything drivers,...

Aaaaaaaaaaah it's good to have bogus drivers incompatible with SW!! I found the solution on the SW help.

Thank you for your help and forgive me for this inconvenience!

Good luck
