I think it doesn't exist on solidworks. you should create a block

If so, you have to make a request for evolution at SolidWorks.

we can do it without too much problem in fact ... or almost

It's just a hill with a broken rappelling line...   So we know how to do that in solidworks, but the double arrow doesn't.

This symbol corresponds to the condition vector when calculating a dimension chain I don't think it should appear on a drawing here is some page of what I found in a memotech
