No What's New, but the Beta 3 version is available on the SolidWorks website, where the What's New is included a priori.
Some information gleaned here and there:
SolidWorks 2015 will include many enhancements, based on user requests:
- Improved productivity
- Process and workflow optimization for product design
- Streamline the manufacturing process with new built-in features
With new features like simplified geometry creation, faster simulation analysis, enhanced cost analysis, and improved integration with downstream processes, SOLIDWORKS 2015 will enable you to jump-start your creativity and Inspire Innovation.

For information, I've been using solidworks 2015 for about 2 months, we've been waiting impatiently for the sp1 (installed yesterday), and for me the biggest new feature of solidworks 2015 is its instability and easy crashing. (new record for crashes per hour).
Do you have these problems?

As usual............. you have to wait for SP3.0 or even SP4.0, when possible.
If not, are you satisfied with the MBD ftc to limit the creation of definition plans.

Maybe it's worth reposting the question?
As far as I'm concerned, Solidworks 2015 is a real disaster, multiple random crashes, 5 months after opening a ticket with maintenance and nothing is resolved. It crashes non-stop, productivity level 0 out of 20 and the same thing for stability.
