Solidworks 2016, How to rotate a part in 3D?

Hello.

 

Since I switched to Solidworks 2016, I can no longer find the function that allows you to rotate parts or assemblies in all directions using the mouse.

 

And I can't find help on this subject.

Normally, by pressing the wheel, the part or assembly rotates
