Since we switched to SW 2017 SP5 it is impossible to know which user has control over a file. Before this version no worries, once the multi-user environment was activated if a file was read-only just put the cursor on the name of the part and its display "used by Dupont" or "used by system"
Since this version it is impossible to have this information, is this bug known? You have to check another option to have this information or can I brush myself since 2017?
