SOLIDWORKS: From time to time, my cross-sectional view is incomplete, why? And how can this problem be solved?

Hi all

I'm facing a problem of incomplete cross-sectional view on Solidworks (see PC). I tried to enlarge the cut line but it gets worse, also tried to put a depth of cut and it doesn't change anything... Do  you have any ideas to fix this "bug" (if it is one)?

See if you haven't checked the Partial cut or section of cut box

It is indeed ticked but I can't uncheck it...

So you have to start your cut completely again, making sure that it is not checked

And if you check auto-hatch and you recreate your cut, you have access to the partial cut box ???

I finally created a view that corresponds to my A-A view since it's not really a cross-sectional view that I want to do, so I kind of cheated. I will take your remarks into account if it happens to me again... Thank you.
