Hello
It's all in the title...
I make a plan of a piece that looks more or less like a large washer but with a discreet volume present on only one of the two sides. The drawing goes well, I put the dimensions and I insert a 3D view at the bottom of the page to facilitate the understanding of the part.
And the problem... SW offers me all the 3D views except the one I want, namely the milling side.
My question how to modify this view?
Keep me informed
Joseph

Hello, you should have your front view in the view palette:

Hello@Jojo4008
You can post a screenshot but normally you can create your own 3D view, especially by the current view that you can freeze.

Hello
If you put your part in the Layout, you will be able to select the view you want to project in isometrics.

Hello
You can create a custom view (an example called 3D)
and insert it into the drawing

Here is the function to use (projected view) to create an isometric view of an existing view; you just need to project at an angle

To see the groove create a 3D view
Hello, Small solution on the drawing directly :
Function Name: 3D Drawing View. You go to your ISO view and you click on the function. Then move the view as you see fit and Validate. capture.jpg
