When I save my MEP as a PDF, the hidden edges turn into solid edges... Does anyone have a solution?

Which version are you on? Can you post a Zip with one piece and no MEP so we can take a look???
to see in the DRW, document options, if the standard settings are good: see capture
If not, correct them.
And do it for future MEPs, correcting the DOT (DRWDOT) in the same way
