SOLIDWORKS: Unable to perform an operation in a dimension

Unable to perform an operation (+,-,x) within a constraint dimension to modify the dimension (in a sketch dimension its walk).

Exp: the odds are 245.5, I want to have 245.6, so I'm doing in the ratings: 245.5mm+0.1

And it hasn't worked since 2015

Is this a bug or an option to check?

Thank you

Remove the mm, it should pass normally.

edit: I just tested on SW15 and it goes with your syntax. Forget my answer.

EDIT: a priori the problem has been corrected! See the 4th and 5th messages.

Hello

This is a known issue that doesn't have a solution when Office 2013 (or higher?) is installed.

SPR #:
714468
Summary:
Math operations in pop up distance mate dimension box do not solve with office 2013 installed

Hello

At home it works, what does it look like by omitting the "+":

22mm5

SolidWorks must do the addition automatically

Hi PL.

What surprises me is that this bug is supposed to be fixed since Solidorks 2013 SP3.

I don't have the 2013 version of the office pack to test at home, maybe someone who would be in the same configuration could tell us if they have the same problem.

Mea culpa, I read too fast indeed, on the SolidWorks website, it is written:

Enhancement:
No

= Improvement: No

But it is also written:

Status:
Closed (Implemented)

= Status: Closed (Implemented = software update that fixes the issue)
