On the other hand, your sketches are still in blue, so still not completely constrained;)

It's true still blue, I had forced it and Solidworks didn't want to do the sweeping anymore...
De-constrained it works... I didn't look any further, too much time spent trying to understand the why and the how.

a general rule for SW or any CAD log
Always constrain sketches correctly
it avoids a lot of problems later on
and lower the locking bar once the part is finished
