Solidworks no longer accesses the designation libraries (Excel files) that are on the PDM

Hello

I recently installed Solidworks 2020 and PDM on a brand new PC. The only problem I had after the installation is that when filling in the datacard of a part file, Solidworks can't access the designation libraries that we use on the PDM when you click on one of the "Designation 1" boxes. I attached a screen of the error message I have with the datacard in the background.

Does anyone have any idea of the origin of the problem?

I don't use this kind of method for card lists, but wouldn't there be a problem with the Office add-in not being installed or installed incorrectly?

To check this, open Excel or Word and normally there is a Solidworks PDM toolbar in the ribbon. If it is not there, it is because the complement is badly installed.
