Solidworks PDM "The archive server was unable to open the Windows registry"

Hi all

I'm currently having a problem after installing the PDM client on a user PC at work.
When I add the server back to the administration tool, it opens a window and tells me that the archive server could not open the Windows registry (see image).

Note that I have already installed the PDM client on several other PCs without any problems.

PDM version / installation type
Administrative rights of this workstation Vs Server...
Server Type / Location...

So for the details:

  • SolidWorks 2024 SP2.
  • Windows 10.
  • PDM Standard, Viewer.
  • Admin Account
  • SQL Server 2022 on a host PC.
