[ SolidWorks ] Intersection problem

Hi all

I have a problem when I make an intersection (it's not my 1st intersection ^^), I select the right elements and 

he told me: "During the geometry integrity check, this function was responsible for creating invalid geometry"

I don't understand why...

Could you help me or guide me?

Screenshot, screenshot, screenshot, ... it's all the same...

It's hard to see what's going on without being able to open your piece but given the shape of the pieces I wouldn't be surprised if there are tangencies or other weird things that SW has trouble calculating, only someone with the right version of SW will be able to answer you ...

Yes it's not wrong what you say, after I know that there are some places in the *********** on the room, so well ...

2019 version.

Indeed, SW doesn't know how to do operations where the faces are tangent, you sometimes have to cheat by 0.001mm for it to pass.
