I'd like to improve my skills in realistic renderings, so I've learned how to use PhotoView 360, but I've heard about Visualize and I'd like to try it (if it's possible to get it for free). Could someone tell me where to find it and how to use the basics please?
I am currently working with Visualize. The software is much more powerful than PhotoView.
If you have a Pro version of SW you have access to the Standard version of visualize. To obtain your license number, simply log in to the SW Customer Portal. Then in the my products section you will see your license.
You download it in the "Downloads and update" section, enter your license and you're done.
It 's super nice , there's a good realistic rendering, on the other hand it requires a lot of resources.
When you render and close visualize, the rendering is done in the background?
In fact I have a window that shows "close visualize to improve performance", so everything closes and I have no way of knowing if the rendering is still in progress or if it is finished.
I find that the appearance library is a bit limited compared to that of solidworks.
I'll try to put some images, but you need to have some free time to render, it takes a little time.
Yes, it requires a lot of resources. On the other hand, the possibilities are much greater. I advise you to go and look at the 3D environments, the camera settings....
Yes, the rendering takes place in the background and you can continue working with your model or close Visualize
. SolidWorks Visualize Queue is apparently used to manage multiple tasks. See PJ.
