Soliworks 2013 sp5 closes before printing

Hello,

If you want to print from Solidworks, you do print and then property ; Solidworks closes but it is caused randomly, so not always.

Have you ever encountered this problem ?

- Does this happen with all documents?

- Is it a new printer?

- When was the SP5 installed?

1) Yes, it happens with any document, but on the other hand, randomly.

2) No, this is not a new printer. The error can be caused on any printer.

3) SW 2013 Service Pack 5 was installed about a year ago.
