Non-Joint DXF issue from Solidworks

Hi everyone!

I have a small problem with a (attachment) part under SW and especially with the DXFs that I take out to machine it.

When I take out a 1-scale drawing, I have problems with the connection radii between edges that are well joined in the 3D model.

And when I save the plan in DXF to use it in the CAM software, I find this defect which makes the plan unusable, because tooling is impossible.

Do you know where this problem comes from and how to fix it?

A big thank you in advance!

What options do you have?

The fusion of ends seems to me to be a good way to go.

Hi everyone!

For the images (in order:)

Regarding the fusion of the ends, where can we find this parameterization in SW?

Thank you so much for the help!

Hello

Do you make these DXFs from the drawing or from the 3D file?

If it's from the drawing, try to do it directly from the 3D file.

and it is only at this point that you have the defect

How we were creating your ears

If you check the constraints on your 3d what does it look like

I have sometimes seen with a very large zoom points connected via the constraints

and yet via the def and pixelation of my sw setting the lines did not touch each other

look in wireframe on your 3D solidworks what it looks like

When you do "save as" / dxf, there is an "options" button

So yes just this place. And indeed, when I take out the DXF directly from the 3D, no problem. It's through the drawing that it messes up.

I tried to modify the perameter at the recording but it doesn't change
