Networking problems

Hello I am trying to make a calculation simulation, but I have a problem with this part the mesh fails, someone could explain to me in advance thank you.

Hello

Could you make a screen print of the room and the mesh so that we can ALL understand better. We didn't all have the same verson of Solidworks.

Hello to you,

What are your mesh settings?

You have a corrugated sheet in the middle of the room and it must be very heavy to mesh. In addition, it is 0.3mm thick, so a mesh size of a maximum of 0.15 mm is required for this sheet.

- Is this corrugated sheet necessary in the finite element calculation? otherwise delete it for the calculation, you'll save a lot of time!

- Is your piece symmetrical? If so, delete half of your model, so you'll have half as much mesh, and the calculations will be twice as fast.

- Use a mesh control to have several mesh sizes between your corrugated sheet and the rest of the room.

- What is your error message?

thank you very much for your answer so I can remove the corrugated sheet C necessary for the simulation 'it's a solar radiation absorber)

the part is sumric

Error messages: the bodies could  not be meshed (extridu bump 10...)

Does this corrugated sheet contribute to the mechanical rigidity? Do you want to define the efforts she undergoes?

Try to work the shape between the corrugated sheet connection and the housing. You have a very small sharp angle (certainly unrealistic) that can interfere with the mesh.

Ok I'll try.I found difficulties at the drawing level because it's my first time I work with solidworks

I am more interested in the mechanical effort my job to do is to make a thermal simulation of this collector the air will enter at the level of the hole in the middle then it will heat up from the solar radiation and rotate the corrugated sheet at the top and then sort with the hole at the bottom of the sensor

Hello

Try to enlarge your mesh and if it doesn't work pence to merge all the elements together. ( it can only help )
Good luck

despite your explanations I don't really understand the principle

defined the opaque walls, the glass walls, the direction of the air between the outlet

the size of your design

etc....

You have walls so thin that the mesh has a hard time dividing.

If the safe mesh control does not work. Uses a mixed mesh. the corrugated iron would deserve to be considered as a "shell" and you keep the rest in "volume"
